Expert maintenance and strategic server infrastructure planning.
Assembling and training comprehensive IT teams for the Client.
Managing and tracking campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, and Google (including Ads and Analytics).
Engage in high-level tasks involving strategic IT planning and infrastructure creation which require a proactive and self-supporting approach.
Potentially leading the Client's IT projects and teams, which may involve:
Strategic development.
Detail-oriented management to adhere to project timelines.
Recruitment and team assembly responsibilities
Providing ad-hoc IT security services as needed without prior notice to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems with minimal disruption.
Keeping the Client’s IT systems updated within a complex IT ecosystem and mitigating any potential violations by:
Regularly evaluating IT-related developments
Preventing potential security breaches in alignment with the Client's internal policies
The Service Provider must consistently follow the Client's approved guidelines, requests, design, and style preferences. All materials and methods used in service provision should be appropriate in terms of safety, appearance, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Proactively offering strategic insights and advice on the Client’s core activities from an IT perspective, including recommendations for system improvements and updates beneficial to the Client's business objectives.
The Service Provider is permitted to offer additional services not listed in Articles 1.1.-1.6. on an ad hoc basis. This Agreement applies to such services unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement tailored to those particular services.This revision clarifies the terms under which services are provided, including adherence to guidelines, the scope of decision-making authority, and the process for modifying the service list. The language is designed to ensure clarity and formal appropriateness for contractual obligations.
The Service Provider will only perform services that are specifically ordered by the Client. If responsible for the project, the Service Provider will determine the priority and extent of services to be delivered. Coordination with other Client personnel will occur as necessary, following the directives of a project leader or ensuring proper task execution as the project leader.
